Clinton Square Ice Rink

NEW FOR 2020/2021 SEASON- RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE ONLINE. THE SEASON OPENS ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 27TH AT 11AM. REGISTRATION STARTS WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 25TH AT 8AM.

Located in the heart of downtown Syracuse, the Clinton Square Ice rink is one of the city's most popular destinations. The rink opened in 2001 as part of a complete renovation in an effort to attract visitors downtown. More than 20,000 skaters enjoy the open air facility each year. The skating season at Clinton Square begins the last week of November and runs until mid-March. The rink is open weather permitting , so please call in advance- 315-423-0129. All youth 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Effective immediately: All children under the age of 18 will not be allowed on the premises after dark without supervision of a parent. Please have photo identification available.

Sunnycrest Ice Rink

2020-2021 SEASON: DUE TO COVID-19 CONCERNS AND RESTRICTIONS, SUNNYCREST ICE RINK WILL BE CLOSED FOR SKATING THIS YEAR.

Sunnycrest Rink, owned and operated by the City of Syracuse, is located on the City's east side next to Henninger High School. The rink is home to many local organizations including the Syracuse Speed Skaters , Broomball leagues, Learn to Skate and several youth organizations.
